Our client is a market leading, Top 30 International law firm that services the needs of individuals and their businesses across the globe.
The firm’s clients include founders and entrepreneurs, startups, household name brands, and some of the world’s leading charities.
Annually, the firm’s Legal 500 recognised Corporate division will be involved in projects worth in excess of US$5 billion across industries such as hotel and leisure, life sciences, technology, real estate, luxury brands, and financial services.
The role
Our client is looking to welcome a 5-8 PQE Corporate Solicitor to their team.
The successful individual will handle a mix of transactional and advisory work for family offices, founders, entrepreneurs, high profile venture back businesses and the likes. The nature of the work will be tailored to the individual’s areas of interest and expertise, and can include:
- Capital markets
- Corporate finance and governance
- Corporate structuring and planning
- Joint ventures and strategic alliances
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity
- Growth and later-stage funding rounds (Series B+)
- Early-stage funding rounds (Seed / Series A)
- Bridge financings
- Technology transfers and university spinouts
Required
- Corporate Solicitor with 5-8 years’ PQE gained from a leading City law firm
- An interest in both transactional and advisory corporate work
