Our client is a market leading, Top 30 International law firm that services the needs of individuals and their businesses across the globe.
The firm’s clients include founders and entrepreneurs, startups, household name brands, and some of the world’s leading charities.
The opportunity
The firm\’s growing Intellectual Property, Commercial and Technology team are on the market for an experienced Commercial, Tech, IP Associate to join their dynamic team in London.
They’re looking for someone with a broad range of commercial, technology, data protection and IP experience, with particular knowledge of SAAS and technology agreements.
The team have a strong focus in the tech sector, as well as the arts, design, sports and fashion industries.
Their work is often international and as such, they offer opportunities to work with other divisions based in their overseas offices.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in England & Wales (3 – 5 PQE)
- Experience gained within a well-regarded Commercial IP department
- Range of commercial, technology, data protection and IP experience
- Ideally knowledge of SAAS and technology agreements
- Excellent academics
