Our client is a highly regarded, Top 100 full-service law firm, well known for acting for major corporates, institutions, entrepreneurial enterprises, and private wealth clients.
The firm’s Real Estate department is highly respected, advising a broad client base including well-known retail and hospitality brands, property investors and funders, and large-scale residential developers.
Vacancy
Our client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their busy Real Estate department on a 6-month fixed term contract. The role will involve working closely with senior fee earners across a variety of non-contentious commercial property matters.
The team’s work spans acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, real estate development, portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, and the real estate aspects of development finance.
Clients include household-name brands in the retail and hospitality sector, global companies, and entrepreneurial property developers and investors.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5-10 years\’ PQE
- Availability commence the role no later than September 2025
- Experience in real estate development work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Previous experience working for a reputable City law firm
