The Opportunity
Due to growth, my client is looking to hire an Associate into their Legal 500 ranked Commercial Real Estate department.
The role will entail a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases (new and renewals), and investment and development
The teams’ clients are based both in the UK and overseas, and typically include investors, developers, funders, owner occupiers and tenants. The team have particular expertise in the tech, media, professional services, retail and hospitality sectors.
The Real Estate team work closely with other teams to deliver a cohesive service to clients.
The Firm
Our client is a leading city firm, well-ranked in a number of specialisms. They offer an extremely high quality of work (regularly working opposite Top 50 UK firms as well as US firms), whilst also offering a more sustainable work life balance and more agile career progression opportunities.
Given their smaller size and open plan office, everyone is very much on a first name basis. As Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to lead and run complex transactions and have high levels of client contact.
They promote on merit and are constantly creating opportunity for those with capability and desire to progress. The firm have been known to promote to Partner at as little as 10 years’ PQE.
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ PQE, gained from a reputable firm
- Experience acting on a range of Commercial Real Estate matters, acting for both landlord and tenant
