An attractive hybrid working opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist within a long established, traditional practice in Essex, starting ASAP for 2 – 3 months +

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a new locum opportunity within a friendly firm in Essex. The firm are seeking the assistance of a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor, to assist whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

The firm are happy to offer a 50/50 split between remote working and being office based, with free parking available for the office days.

This role to start ASAP with an expected duration of 2 – 3 months +, with candidates seeking full time or part time hours encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a broad commercial property caseload to include:

• Sales and purchases
• Acquisitions
• Disposals
• Commercial leases
• Landlord & Tenant work

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor
• Experience handling busy commercial property caseloads
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
