The Opportunity
Our client operates as a leading international firm with a strong reputation across a range of complex advisory and transactional services. Its General Counsel’s Office plays a key role in supporting the business, working closely with stakeholders to facilitate client relationships while managing legal and commercial risk. The team is known for its collaborative culture, pragmatic approach and high-quality output. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused lawyer to join a central function, advising on a wide variety of client agreements and contributing to broader legal and operational initiatives. Responsibilities
- Support the wider legal team in delivering clear, commercially sound advice across a range of contractual matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad mix of client-facing commercial agreements.
- Advising internal stakeholders on legal, regulatory and commercial considerations.
- Identifying potential risks within contracts and working collaboratively to mitigate them.
- Supporting compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements.
- Assisting with the resolution of contractual issues and escalating where appropriate.
- Contributing to improvements in contract processes and best practice frameworks.
- Utilising legal technology and systems to enhance efficiency in contract management.

Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with circa 3+ years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience).

- Confident communicator with sound negotiation skills.
