Opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a Tier 1 Aviation & International Injury practice in London. Our client is a leading UK litigation firm with a standout reputation in high-value, complex personal injury matters with international and aviation elements.

Their Aviation & International Injury department is recognised both in the UK and internationally for its work on high-profile catastrophic injury and fatal accident cases. The team is home to more senior lawyers ranked in Chambers, Legal 500 and APIL within Accidents Abroad than any other firm, offering an exceptional platform to learn from market leaders.

Their market-leading team represent severely injured clients and families affected by aviation accidents worldwide, as well as individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries abroad or foreign nationals injured in the UK. The role offers the chance to work on some of the most significant aviation and international injury cases in the market, including catastrophic injury, fatal accidents, and matters involving complex international law and jurisdictional issues.

  • Manage and assist on high-value catastrophic injury and aviation claims
  • Handle cases with cross-border elements, including foreign law and jurisdictional challenges
  • Instruct experts and counsel, draft statements, prepare bundles, and manage litigation
  • Appear at procedural hearings and engage in ADR where required

UK qualified Solicitor with 5 PQE + Experience in serious/catastrophic personal injury or fatal accident claims. Experience in aviation or international injury cases is advantageous but not essential. Additional languages, aviation experience, or specialist international law qualifications are a plus.
