A Banking Solicitor with 4 - 8 years' PQE is sought for a Top 20 International law firm.

The Firm

Our client, a Top 20 International law firm, is looking to make a growth hire into their multi-Legal 500 ranked Finance department. With a strong global presence and collaborative culture, the firm is renowned for investing in its people to provide a platform for long-term career progression. The firm has won multiple awards in recent years, both in the UK and internationally, for their services, culture, innovation and ESG actions.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate would be joining a growing asset-based lending team, working alongside numerous recognised partners. You would be advising a range of funders and borrowers on a variety of financing transactions, both bilateral and syndicated. The banking team currently acts for UK and European based banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities across asset-based lending, receivables finance and more mainstream corporate, leveraged and real estate finance.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years’ PQE gained in a banking role from a reputable law firm
  • Asset-based lending, invoice finance and/or receivables financing preferred
