The Opportunity
Our client, a Top 20 International law firm, is looking to make a growth hire into their market leading Banking & Finance team.
This role will see you act for banks, borrowers, and private equity houses on a range of matters including acquisition finance, corporate lending, asset finance, project finance and debt capital markets.
The Banking & Finance team work across sectors including renewable energy, infrastructure, mining and tech.
The firms’ strong international network means they regularly deliver large, complex, cross-border transactions.
