The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join the firm's Conflicts New Business Department as a Senior Conflicts AML Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's new business acceptance process, conducting detailed conflicts research and AML reviews while providing high-quality advice and support to Partners and senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Conducting initial conflicts reviews, obtaining relevant information from Partners, Associates and Secretaries, and preparing comprehensive search terms Undertaking corporate research to identify relevant entities, subsidiaries and affiliates Reviewing conflicts search results, identifying potential conflicts and business issues, and escalating relevant matters to Conflicts Lawyers
