Opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate to join a highly regarded London law firm with a growing Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property practice.

The Firm

Our client is a highly regarded London law firm with an established reputation across commercial property, corporate, private wealth and private client work. The firm has a strong and diverse client base, acting for high-net-worth individuals, property investors, developers, luxury retail brands and corporate clients on sophisticated property matters.

The Opportunity

The Commercial Property team is recognised in the Legal 500 for both Commercial Property and Hospitality & Leisure work and continues to grow its practice. The firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Associate to join the team as part of this continued growth. Working closely with experienced Partners, the new hire will advise on a broad range of high-value and complex commercial property transactions, with significant client contact and the opportunity to manage their own experience-appropriate caseload and client relationships. This will include:

  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property finance transactions
  • Providing commercial property support on corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings
  • General asset management work
  • Managing client relationships and supporting the continued development of the practice

Required

  • UK qualified Solicitor with 4 PQE +
  • Strong Commercial Property experience gained at a respected City, West End or highly regarded regional law firm
  • Experience across acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and general asset management work
  • Ability to manage an experience-appropriate caseload with limited supervision
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Commercial approach and an interest in contributing to business development
