Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the firm on a Fixed-term basis.

The Firm Our client is an international law firm with a 130-year history supporting high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and organisations.

Operating internationally, the firm provides tailored solutions built on trust, strategy, and cross-border collaboration.

The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented HR Manager to join the firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice across a broad spectrum of generalist HR, managing compliance, partner lifecycle matters, global policy maintenance, and strategic people initiatives.

Key responsibilities include: Coordinating partner-related documentation, including offer letters, partnership agreements, status changes, and exit arrangements.

Overseeing partner onboarding and offboarding in full compliance with regulatory standards, including SRA requirements.

Maintaining the firm's HR precedent bank and reviewing employment policies to ensure alignment with legislation and best practice.

Leading the annual review and update of global employee handbooks across multiple jurisdictions.
