We are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trader to join Stansmore Builders Ltd that sites within the Birchmere Group, a privately owned developer and investor with a long-standing presence in Dorset and a growing property portfolio. This is a permanent, in-house role offering stability, variety of work, and a clear route into supervision.
You’ll be working across a mix of residential and commercial properties, delivering both maintenance and refurbishment works to a high standard.
The OpportunityMulti‑Trader | £35k–£40k | Poole (BH14 8BX)
What You’ll Be Doing- Day‑to‑day maintenance across the portfolio
- Carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering and decorating
- Window and door installations
- General building repairs and refurbishment works
- Supporting small projects from start to completion
This is not a snagging role. We expect a high standard of finish and a professional approach at all times.
What You’ll Need- Proven multi-trade experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Good awareness of site Health & Safety
- Full UK driving licence
