We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Logistics Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in leading end-to-end design, implementation, and optimisation of logistics and supply chain solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will bring deep expertise across core logistics modules and a strong architectural understanding of the broader SAP portfolio. A strong customer-facing presence, with the ability to lead, influence, guide, and build confidence with key stakeholders is essential, along with excellent communication skills and fluency in written and verbal English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of logistics processes across MM, SD, PP, QM, and EWM.
- Ensure seamless cross‑module integration with FICO, Project Systems and other eco-system solutions.
- Lead Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield implementations aligned with SAP best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, business sponsors, and delivery teams.
- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and training for clients and internal teams.
- Promote adoption of SAP BTP, Fiori UX, Embedded Analytics, IoT, and AI/ML innovations.
- Support modernisation of logistics processes including predictive MRP and real‑time inventory visibility.
- Lead and manage SAP implementation projects ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
- Oversee system testing, validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and issue resolution across SAP logistics modules.
- Contribute to RFP responses, solution architecture, effort estimation, and client advisory during the sales cycle.
- Ensure solutions meet project timelines, budgets, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in SAP logistics implementations with 5+ full lifecycle projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices, SAP Activate, and fit‑to‑standard delivery.
- Experience with hybrid deployment models (on‑premise, Cloud ERP) and cloud integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CIO/CTO level.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Relevant SAP S/4HANA certifications (mandatory).
- Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
