Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP projects/programmes from scoping through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage project lifecycle activities including scoping, scheduling, governance, financial management, risk management, and formal reporting.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships at both account and project levels.
- Adopt a strategic approach to help clients realise business objectives and maximize returns from technology investments.
- Provide pragmatic, consultative guidance, clear thinking, and problem-solving to project teams and clients.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful project assignments and the ability to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years’ experience in the management of SAP projects/programmes.
- Hands-on experience in PM lifecycle management (scoping, scheduling, project control/governance, financial and risk management, resourcing and formal reporting).
- A number of years of hands-on SAP configuration and/or HANA.
- Willingness to develop and expand SAP knowledge and experience.
- Experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships at an account and a project level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high-level influencing skills, and a proactive, helping attitude.
- Pragmatic, consultative mindset with clear thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
