Consulting Analyst Internship for 16 weeks (with the possibility of leading to a permanent role).

We are looking for a Consulting Analyst to join our team, supporting clients on a range of strategic, operational, and digital transformation initiatives. This role offers broad exposure across multiple areas of consulting—including business transformation, operating model design, technology transformation, and change management. You will work closely with experienced consultants and directly with clients, contributing to meaningful projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project & Change Management - Maintain project plans, risks, and progress tracking; Support governance and reporting for client programmes; Assist with stakeholder communication, training, and change activities.
  • Operating Model Design - Map current business processes and organisational structures; Support the design of future operating models; Identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Technology & Transformation - Analyse current systems and support technology strategy development as part of a project team; Assist with system selection and transformation roadmaps; Support delivery of digital and business transformation programmes.
  • Continuous Improvement - Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities; Support process optimisation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Strategy & Advisory - Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making; Help structure business problems and develop recommendations; Build clear, high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Involve

  • Building presentations for client meetings and steering committees.
  • Analysing data in Excel to support insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting client workshops and documenting outputs.
  • Mapping and improving business processes.
