Starting Salary: £35,000 Bonus: 10% Bonus + Uncapped sales bonuses Benefits: Industry leading remuneration and benefits package The Role: As a result of continuing company expansion and growth plans, we are now looking to recruit an internal sales executive, sales coordinator, technical sales executive, account manager or similar sales process professional to join the internal sales team at this market leading engineering manufacturer. Based from the Eastbourne / Hailsham / Polegate area office, you will help convert the many inbound sales orders into actual sales; working closely with customers to understand their specific technical needs and then liaise with internal engineering, design and manufacturing teams to put together the right proposal. From there, you will follow up with customers to get the sale over the line. This really is the PERFECT sales role. NO COLD CALLING; as a market leader, the customer wants your product; and you are rewarded with a superb starting basic salary of £35,000 plus a guaranteed 10% bonus and also an additional uncapped performance related sales bonus.
