We're currently partnering with a highly respected international insurer to appoint a Head of Claims to lead and develop their UK claims function. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced claims professional with strong Property & Liability expertise, delegated authority oversight experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the Claims team
- Managing MGA, TPA and delegated authority relationships
- Ensuring fair customer outcomes and regulatory compliance
- Providing technical oversight and claims governance
- Driving operational excellence and strategic improvement initiatives
- Acting as a senior stakeholder across brokers, clients and internal teams
