The Role

As our Wellbeing Coordinator, youll play a key part in supporting the health, happiness, and independence of our residents.

This isnt just a job – its an opportunity to really get to know people, understand their needs, and help them make the most out of life. From wellbeing assessments and GP appointments to planning activities and fostering connections, youll ensure residents feel supported, engaged, and cared for.

Its a role full of variety and purpose perfect for someone who is caring, proactive, and loves bringing people together.
