Opening in September, you'll build something meaningful from the ground up whilst making a real difference to people's daily lives. What you'll be doing As Wellbeing Coordinator, you'll support residents' independence and enhance their daily lives. You'll oversee initiatives that foster engagement and build community connections. Wellbeing and healthcare support: Conduct wellbeing assessments for new residents Help residents stay active and independent Assist with GP registration, appointments and pharmacy orders Work with the team to identify residents' goals and opportunities Act as liaison between Birchgrove and family members Community and activities: Plan and execute resident events that foster community inclusion Create and manage the activities calendar Partner with local community organisations Help residents explore new interests and physical activities Safety and operations: Support Health
