Hampton Court Estate is a brand-new community just moments from the River Thames and Hampton Court Village. Opening in September, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team from the very beginning and help welcome our first residents into their new home.

What you'll be doing:

  • As the first point of contact, you'll create a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
  • This varied role spans multiple operational areas including administration, event coordination and daily operations.
  • Your key responsibilities:
    • Support residents in their day-to-day activities
    • Assist with activities and events
    • Answer telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
    • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff members
    • Provide support to residents, guests and visitors
    • Deliver high-standard food and beverage service in the restaurant
    • Serve hot drinks and bar drinks throughout the day
    • Clean communal areas
    • Greet visitors at reception and manage car park
    • Undertake activities under Health & Safety policies and procedures
