Join a brand-new community from day one. This is your chance to shape the wellbeing programme for Hampton Court Estate's first residents. Opening in September, you'll build something meaningful from the ground up whilst making a real difference to people's daily lives.

Hampton Court Estate is a brand-new community just moments from the River Thames and Hampton Court Village.

What you'll be doing: As Wellbeing Coordinator, you'll support residents' independence and enhance their daily lives. You'll oversee initiatives that foster engagement and build community connections.

  • Wellbeing and healthcare support: Conduct wellbeing assessments for new residents, help residents stay active and independent, assist with GP registration, appointments and pharmacy orders, work with the team to identify residents' goals and opportunities, act as liaison between Birchgrove and family members.
  • Community and activities: Plan and execute resident events that foster community inclusion, create and manage the activities calendar, partner with local community organisations, help residents explore new interests and physical activities.
  • Safety and operations: Support Health & Safety and fire safety procedures, assist with risk assessments and Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans, support move-ins, meal services and weekend duty management, report incidents and contribute to operational improvements.
