The Role
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and reliable person to join our friendly team and help create a welcoming and fulfilling environment for our residents.
This varied and rewarding role combines front-of-house duties, hospitality service, event support, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include
- Provide a welcoming and professional first impression to residents and guests
- Support residents with daily activities, including event and activity coordination
- Deliver food and drink service in the on-site restaurant, bar, and communal areas
- Prepare and serve hot drinks and refreshments as needed
- Answer phone calls and assist with reception duties
- Assist with the cleaning and upkeep of communal areas
- Perform detailed housekeeping routines in resident apartments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across the site
- Report maintenance or wellbeing concerns to management
- Support with stock replenishment and supply checks
- Promote wellbeing and a sense of community among residents
