The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our front of house team at our beautiful Leatherhead community.
This role is perfect for someone who is warm, approachable, and enjoys making people feel at home. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes residents, families, and visitors, and you’ll play a key part in making daily life run smoothly.
No two days are the same – from supporting residents with day-to-day needs, helping with events and activities, greeting visitors, or providing food and drink service in our restaurant – you’ll be at the heart of our community.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Supporting residents with day-to-day requests and activities

- Handling phone calls and enquiries in a friendly, professional way

About You
