What You'll Be Doing. No two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our community, making daily life run smoothly:
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Supporting residents with day-to-day requests and activities
- Assisting in planning and running community events and social activities
- Serving food, hot drinks, and bar service with a smile
- Looking after communal areas and keeping them inviting
- Handling phone calls and enquiries in a friendly, professional way
- Working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
About You. We're looking for someone who is:
- Warm, friendly, and approachable
- Passionate about making a difference to older people's lives
- Great at communication and enjoys working with others
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Happy to pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or front of house is helpful, but what matters most is your attitude and people skills.
