What you'll be doing:
- Perform detailed housekeeping routines in residents' apartments
- Develop warm relationships with residents
- Report any concerns or unusual behaviour from residents to management
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in common areas
- Replenish communal supplies and manage cleaning product stock
- Report damage or malfunction in apartments or communal areas
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents
