Creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and visitors Supporting residents with day-to-day requests and activities Assisting in planning and running community events and social activities Serving food, hot drinks, and bar service with a smile Looking after communal areas and keeping them inviting Handling phone calls and enquiries in a friendly, professional way Working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
About You
We're looking for someone who is: Warm, friendly, and approachable Passionate about making a difference to older people's lives Great at communication and enjoys working with others Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Happy to pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly Experience in hospitality, customer service, or front of house is helpful, but what matters most is your attitude and people skills.
