  • What you'll be doing
  • Perform detailed housekeeping routines in residents' apartments
  • Develop warm relationships with residents
  • Report any concerns or unusual behaviour from residents to management
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in common areas
  • Replenish communal supplies and manage cleaning product stock
  • Report damage or malfunction in apartments or communal areas
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents
  • Maintain organised and clean laundry and cleaner's cupboard areas
  • Undertake activities that fall under Health & Safety policies and procedures
