The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on HR Advisor to support our neighbourhoods and Head Office as we continue to grow. This is a practical, fast‑paced role where you’ll:
- Support managers with employee relations and people challenges
- Take ownership of ER cases (absence, disciplinaries, performance, grievances)
- Manage recruitment and improve hiring quality
- Help streamline HR and payroll processes
- Build strong relationships across the business
- Be visible on‑site and proactive in spotting issues early
You’ll play a key role in driving consistency, improving processes and supporting a positive, high‑performing culture.
About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Has solid HR Advisor experience with ER knowledge
- Is confident managing cases independently
- Takes a practical, common‑sense approach
- Enjoys building relationships and being visible in the business
- Is proactive, organised and comfortable working at pace
- Wants to improve things, not just maintain them
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards (or equivalent experience)
