The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on HR Advisor to support our neighbourhoods and Head Office as we continue to grow. This is a practical, fast‑paced role where you’ll:

  • Support managers with employee relations and people challenges
  • Take ownership of ER cases (absence, disciplinaries, performance, grievances)
  • Manage recruitment and improve hiring quality
  • Help streamline HR and payroll processes
  • Build strong relationships across the business
  • Be visible on‑site and proactive in spotting issues early

You’ll play a key role in driving consistency, improving processes and supporting a positive, high‑performing culture.

About You

You’ll be someone who:

  • Has solid HR Advisor experience with ER knowledge
  • Is confident managing cases independently
  • Takes a practical, common‑sense approach
  • Enjoys building relationships and being visible in the business
  • Is proactive, organised and comfortable working at pace
  • Wants to improve things, not just maintain them
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards (or equivalent experience)
