What you'll be doing
- Welcome neighbours, families, visitors and contractors, creating positive first impressions
- Handle reception enquiries professionally in person and by telephone
- Support day-to-day administration, messages, bookings and neighbourhood tasks
- Follow visitor, contractor, access and security procedures
- Provide hospitality support including food and beverage service to high standards
- Support activities, events and functions with room set-up and guest welcoming
- Keep reception and communal areas clean, tidy and inviting
- Report maintenance issues, incidents and concerns promptly to managers
What we're looking for
- Warm, friendly and confident communicating with diverse people
- Someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in welcoming interactions
- Organised and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong telephone and administrative skills
- Team player willing to support colleagues during busy periods
- Creative approach to supporting events and community activities
- Discreet and respectful handling of personal information
- Flexibility to work shifts including some weekends
