We are looking for a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at Birch Hill Primary School. Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for pupils.
- Work with small groups or individual children to reinforce learning and support progress.
- Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and day‑to‑day routines.
- Work flexibly across different classes and year groups, supporting teachers and pupils to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster strong, nurturing relationships with children, encouraging their independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
