Administrative Support

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with an emphasis on prioritization and efficiency.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.

  • Organize and maintain confidential documents and records.

Strategic Support

  • Assist in tracking and managing key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Prepare briefing documents and conduct research to support the CEO’s decision-making process.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and senior leadership.

  • Attend and take minutes at high-level meetings, following up on action items as necessary.

Travel Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Ensure all travel plans align with the MD’s priorities and commitments.

Communication Management

  • Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence to ensure the MD’s time is focused on high-priority tasks.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Event and Meeting Coordination

  • Organize and manage logistics for events, conferences, and speaking engagements.

  • Ensure meetings are well-structured and productive, with clear objectives and outcomes.
