Job Summary
To be part of a team undertaking a range of administrative duties. Supporting the clinicians, management team and colleagues to provide the best care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Scanning, attaching and sending correspondence to the relevant people / teams.
- Managing clinical correspondence and extracting the necessary information.
- Liaising with patients, outside agencies and the wider NHS.
- Assisting with IT trouble shooting.
- Administrative duties to support the clinical and management team.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area.
Qualifications
- Must be educated to GCSE level including English and Maths.
- NVQ in Administration or similar.
