You will be joining an established Sales team and will help drive new business and achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales lifecycle and pipeline, and for achieving or exceeding annual sales goals. You will work remotely, with the option to use our inspiring Cardiff office or any UKâbased Industrious location whenever you wish. About the Role: As a member of the fullyâdedicated sales team, you will bring a consultative approach to help drive our revenue growth objectives. You will own the dayâtoâday relationship with qualified prospect accounts, which range from startup hedge funds/ PE funds to $1T+ asset management firms and LP/ Asset Allocators including Endowments, Foundations, SWF's, Pension Funds, Family Offices, OCIO/Investment Consultants and more.

Responsibilities:
- Work with Leadership to collaboratively develop a plan to achieve sales targets and track to agreed KPIs
- Actively followâup with qualified inbound and outbound leads generated by Marketing & Sales Development Associates, selfâgenerate new prospect opportunities, and gather referrals
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
- Drive opportunities forward through the sales pipeline to convert prospects to clients
- Conduct online and inâperson demos of the Bipsync Platform to multiple stakeholders in prospect accounts
- Partner with Customer Service/implementation to properly scope customer implementations
- Negotiate contracts, and support prospect dueâdiligence process
- Regularly maintain CRM system and related tools for accurate and current contact, account and opportunity records
- Provide thoughtful, regular feedback to Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to inform constant improvement in sales operations
- Opportunity to travel to visit key prospects and attend industry conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 6â8 years of experience in a clientâfacing and sales quotaâcarrying role
- Techâsavvy, comfortable using CRM, videoconferencing and analytics
- Goalâoriented with strong initiative and followâthrough
- You are highly organized and consultative with savvy business acumen
- Strong communicator who can give an excellent presentation, product demo and write an eloquent eâmail
- Empathy with a knack for understanding what a prospective customer really needs and why they need it
