Role Overview
Provide leadership across Dev Ops delivery activities, coordinate multi‑party teams, drive operational improvements and establish effective governance to ensure the successful delivery of platform changes, enhancements and releases.
What You Will Do
Lead and direct Dev Ops delivery activities, guide prioritisation and management of platform demand, oversee the end‑to‑end Dev Ops lifecycle, assess and enhance the Dev Ops operating model, establish and maintain governance forums, and act as a senior liaison across stakeholders.

Requirements
- Significant experience providing leadership for enterprise‑scale Dev Ops functions and technology delivery teams.
- Strong Service Now expertise across platform development, operations, release management and service delivery.
- Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinating delivery across multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery models, backlog prioritisation and demand management.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, release management, deployment processes and integration architectures.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating models and performance management approaches within complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, including experience working with senior business and technology leaders.
