We are seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our Life Sciences Commercial & Market Access team in London. This role sits at the intersection of medical affairs, market access, and commercial strategy, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech and med‑tech clients across the full product lifecycle. You will work on high‑impact projects spanning real‑world evidence, scientific communications, pricing and reimbursement, HTA, HEOR, launch excellence and lifecycle strategy, contributing rigorous analysis and clear recommendations to senior client stakeholders. This role is suited to individuals with 2–5 years’ experience, who are looking to deepen their expertise while progressing within a collaborative consulting environment offering strong development and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of real‑world evidence (RWE) and observational study strategies
- Contribute to scientific communication and publication planning, including gap analyses and congress planning
- Develop value narratives, evidence frameworks and messaging across the product lifecycle
- Support medical launch readiness and scientific exchange initiatives
- Support the development of pricing, reimbursement and access strategies
- Contribute to go‑to‑market, launch excellence and lifecycle management initiatives
- Assess payer landscapes, regulatory pathways and access dynamics across key global markets
- Support HTA submissions, value dossiers and payer‑facing materials
- Contribute to health economic analyses, including cost‑effectiveness and budget impact modelling
- Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics and access challenges
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Prepare high‑quality client deliverables and presentations for senior leadership
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Support primary research and client workshops
- Contribute to business development activity and thought leadership
Skills, Experience Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in Life Sciences consulting, medical affairs, market access, HEOR or related roles
- Strong scientific and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret clinical and real‑world data
- University degree; clinical or advanced scientific qualifications are advantageous
- Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in client‑facing, project‑based environments
Desirable
- Experience supporting HTA, RWE, HEOR or pricing projects
- Exposure to global or multi‑market Life Sciences engagements
