We are looking for an innovative and experienced Service Architect to join our dynamic team at BIP UK. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives for our clients, helping them to modernize their technology landscapes and achieve their strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical, business, and strategic skills to design and optimize service delivery solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and architect end-to-end service architectures that align with business objectives and client needs.
- Define service models, workflows, and operational frameworks for new and existing services.
- Confirm service solutions support strategic goals, providing expert advice on service transformation, optimisation, and innovation.
- Implement effective Service Governance through definition and management of SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g.: ITIL, ISO, COBIT).
- Align service architectures with emerging technology trends to drive digital transformation.
- Ensure seamless service delivery across multi-vendor and hybrid environments.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Proficiency in cloud computing and virtualization technologies is essential.
- Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL v4.
- Ability to design, implement, and manage IT services that align with business needs.
