In Life Sciences, we partner with clients across the value chain to design access and commercial strategies and transform operating models to deliver sustainable impact.
We are looking to appoint a Manager within our Life Sciences Strategy & Operations team in London. This role is suited to experienced consultants ready to take ownership of project leadership, client relationships and team development, while contributing to business growth and capability building. You will lead complex consulting engagements across strategy, market access, commercial excellence and organisational transformation, working with senior client stakeholders in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Project & Delivery Leadership
- Structure, lead and supervise the execution of Life Sciences consulting projects
- Own end-to-end delivery of workstreams, ensuring quality, impact and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present project outputs to senior client leadership
- Client & Team Management
- Act as a trusted day-to-day advisor to client stakeholders
- Lead, mentor and develop consulting team members
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
- Business Development & Growth
- Identify and support business development opportunities
- Contribute to proposals, pitches and client discussions
- Support knowledge development and evolution of BIP Life Sciences offerings
- Capability & Knowledge Building
- Drive internal knowledge sharing, methodologies and best practices
- Support continuous improvement across delivery and ways of working
- Project Exposure
- Portfolio management and strategic planning

- Essential
- 4–8 years' experience, with at least 4 years in management consulting or a comparable role
- Proven experience leading projects and managing consulting teams
- Strong understanding of the Life Sciences sector
- University degree
- Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator with senior-level clients
- Experience across market access, commercial strategy or operating model transformation
- Exposure to international or multi-market engagements
