- Commercial Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks across the UK business. Advise senior stakeholders on the commercial implications of business decisions, growth initiatives and new offerings.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead, manage and develop the Commercial contracts team, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative and commercially focused culture. Coach and mentor team members, building capability and confidence in handling complex commercial matters.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Finance HR, consulting teams and Group stakeholders to embed commercial considerations into day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategy. Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders across the firm.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and governance requirements relating to commercial contracts. Support the continuous improvement of policies, frameworks and controls.
