  • Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice to internal stakeholders on contractual terms, risks, and obligations.
  • Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including template management, approvals, and record-keeping.
  • Identify and assess contractual risks, escalating where appropriate and supporting mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Consulting, Finance, HR, Procurement) to ensure contracts align with business objectives and internal policies.
  • Support the resolution of contractual queries and low-level disputes, working with senior stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with internal governance requirements and relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract processes, templates, and best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally in-house or within a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial risk and contract management principles.
  • Experience working across a variety of contract types, including client and supplier agreements.
  • Familiarity with public procurement contracts or regulations is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into clear, practical guidance.
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Benefits

  • Be part of a global, innovative, and collaborative consultancy.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and contribute directly to commercial outcomes.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to develop your career within a growing and forward-thinking organisation.
