We’re seeking an experienced and driven Learning & Development and Performance Management Lead to design, lead, and evolve our firm’s talent development strategy. This dual-role position is critical in shaping both how we grow our people and how we evaluate and reward performance across 3 brands (including 2 recent acquisitions). You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, managers, and employees to foster a high-performance, high-growth environment aligned with our strategic goals and values.

Responsibilities

  • Learning & Development
  • Design and implement a local L&D strategy that supports professional growth, leadership development, and role-specific skills.
  • Manage annual L&D plan and budget for all employees.
  • Lead on the migration of our L&D content and activity into the new Oracle module.
  • Partner with team leads and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and build engaging, scalable programs.
  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and blended learning experiences (virtual and in-person).
  • Track and report on learning metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote a learning culture through internal communications, campaigns, and recognition initiatives.
  • Partner with global L&D Lead to align and leverage global group L&D strategy and materials.
  • Performance Management
    • Lead the evolution of our performance management framework, ensuring it reflects our culture and business needs.
    • Manage the full performance cycle: goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, feedback tools, and calibration processes.
    • Analyse performance data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Partner with broader HR, Operations and Payroll teams to align performance outcomes with promotion and compensation processes.
    • Train managers and staff on giving/receiving feedback, career development, and performance conversations.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in L&D, organisational development, or HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
    • Strong knowledge of performance management practices and tools.
    • Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to build programs from the ground up and scale them across teams.
    • Proven ability to manage end-to-end Performance Management process from design to execution.
    • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
    • Experience in both small and corporate type organisation used to work fast-paced mode.
    • Experience in a consulting, professional services, or high-growth environment is a plus.
    • Has collaboration and teamwork mindset.
