BiP Solutions are recruiting for a Head of Product & Data to help drive the next stage of our product evolution and unlock the full power of our data. As Head of Product & Data, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, and data science. You’ll own the product roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and shape our data vision—transforming insight into action and delivering product experiences that create measurable impact. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be equally comfortable jumping into product design sessions and collaborating with key stakeholders across Data, Product, Marketing and Sales to maximise performance delivery.
The key functions of the role will include:
- Product Leadership
- Operating as key part of the project team, define and execute the product strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own the product roadmap and ensure prioritisation reflects customer and commercial requirements.
- Collaborate with data, design, technology, marketing, and sales to launch features that have impact.
- Champion user-centric product development using customer research and feedback loops.
- Establish clear product metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Data Strategy & Execution
- Lead our data function—data analysis to insight generation, and collaborate with infrastructure professionals to co-lead the development and optimisation of our data infrastructure.
- Partner with key stakeholders – internal and external - to turn data into actionable intelligence.
- Ensure overall data governance and best practice.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, develop and grow a high-performing product & data team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high-performance.
- Act as a key member of the company leadership team, contributing to overall company strategy and operational delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior product role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Experience leading data teams or owning data strategy within a tech-driven business.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to turn complexity into clarity.
- Track record of delivering product development that drive user adoption and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills—comfortable with both senior leadership level strategy and day-to-day team mentoring and development.
- Familiarity with modern product and data tool stacks.
