Our client, a global provider of technology services to multinational organisations, is seeking an experienced consultant to provide Service Now Dev Ops delivery leadership within a complex enterprise environment.

The engagement requires a combination of technical leadership, delivery governance, platform expertise and stakeholder management to support the ongoing evolution, stability and performance of the Service Now estate.

The successful consultant will provide leadership across Dev Ops delivery activities, coordinate multi-party teams, drive operational improvements and establish effective governance to ensure the successful delivery of platform changes, enhancements and releases.

Scope of Services

The consultant will be expected to

  • Provide leadership and coordination across the Service Now Dev Ops function, ensuring the effective delivery of agreed platform objectives and priorities.
  • Lead and direct Dev Ops delivery activities across client, supplier and third-party teams, promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Guide the prioritisation and management of platform demand, including incidents, changes and enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Dev Ops lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, deployment processes and environment governance.
  • Assess and enhance the Dev Ops operating model, embedding best practices in automation, monitoring, standardisation and service reliability.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate governance forums, reporting structures and stakeholder engagement activities to support effective decision-making and delivery oversight.
  • Act as a senior liaison across business stakeholders, IT teams, systems integrators and technology vendors, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks and delivery outcomes.
  • Define, monitor and improve delivery KPIs, service performance measures and operational metrics, driving continuous optimisation and platform scalability.
