We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Product Manager to support the delivery and evolution of our product roadmap, with a particular focus on ensuring that product investment translates into tangible commercial outcomes. This role is ideally suited to someone who has gained initial experience in product management (or a closely related role) and is now looking to take the next step in their career. It is not designed for a senior or lead Product Owner; rather, it offers the opportunity to deepen product expertise while developing strong commercial and stakeholder management capability within a fast-moving SME environment.

The Product Manager will work closely with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Board-level stakeholders to ensure our products are valuable, usable, and commercially successful.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Product & Roadmap Delivery

  • Support the definition, prioritisation, and ongoing management of the product roadmap.
  • Translate business objectives, customer needs, and commercial goals into clear product requirements.
  • Work with Development teams to shape, refine, and deliver product features and enhancements.
  • Balance short-term commercial opportunities with longer-term product strategy.
  • Develop a strong understanding of how product decisions drive revenue, margin, customer retention, and growth.
  • Support the creation of business cases for product initiatives, including value hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Track and communicate the commercial performance of product investments post-delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a key link between Development, Marketing, Sales, and senior stakeholders.
  • Gather and synthesise input from across the business to inform product decisions.
  • Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and Board Owners when required.
  • Build credibility through clear communication, curiosity, and evidence-based decision making.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs through data, feedback, and market analysis.
  • Use insights to inform prioritisation, product improvements, and future opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies relevant to the product.
ABOUT YOU
  • Initial experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, ideally within a technology or data-driven environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and interest in how products generate value and revenue.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly software development.
  • Ability to structure problems, analyse information, and make reasoned recommendations.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to agile delivery environments and product development lifecycles.
  • Experience working with data, analytics, or technology-enabled products.
  • Involvement in go-to-market activity, pricing, or product performance measurement.
WHY JOIN US
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and Board Owners.
  • Exposure to the full product lifecycle in a technology and data-led business.
  • A genuine chance to shape products and see the commercial impact of your work.
  • Supportive environment for learning, development, and progression.

  • 22 days + 8 Bank Holidays (increasing with service)
  • Birthday off
  • Health cash plan
  • On-site parking
  • Access to OVO Hydro Club
