We are working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consultancy seeking to appoint a Partner to lead and expand its Organisation Transformation offering within Life Sciences. This is a senior leadership role for an established or emerging Partner with a strong market reputation and the ability to drive significant revenue growth.
The role
- You will shape and lead a growing practice, with full accountability for business development, client delivery, and team build-out.
- Leading and growing a book of business within life sciences transformation.
- Originating and converting opportunities across operating model design, organisation transformation, and capability build.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders across pharma, biotech, and healthcare organisations.
- Defining go-to-market strategy, propositions, and thought leadership.

- Established track record in consulting within life sciences, with deep expertise in organisation transformation and operating model design.
- Proven ability to originate and close business, with a demonstrable client network.
- Experience building and scaling teams or practices.
