We are working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consultancy seeking to appoint a Partner to lead and expand its Organisation Transformation offering within Life Sciences. This is a senior leadership role for an established or emerging Partner with a strong market reputation and the ability to drive significant revenue growth.

The role:

  • You will shape and lead a growing practice, with full accountability for business development, client delivery, and team build-out.
  • Leading and growing a book of business within life sciences transformation.
  • Originating and converting opportunities across operating model design, organisation transformation, and capability build.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders across pharma, biotech, and healthcare organisations.
