Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Development Executive to support and grow major retail accounts within our Accessories division. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, relationship-driven individual with experience in accessories and licensed products to help drive sales growth, develop customer partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and growing key high street and retail accounts
  • Managing product categories and identifying sales opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with Buyers and customers
  • Managing licensed product approvals from order to delivery
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
  • Supporting product launches, promotions and account development
  • Regular travel to customer sites

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 2 years’ sales experience, ideally in accessories
  • Existing relationships within high street retail or supermarket sectors
  • Experience with licensed products
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • A creative, trend-led mindset
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Good analytical and IT skills
  • Full driving licence
