We are looking for an ambitious Territory Manager – CEE to develop and grow our business across Central and Eastern Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual who combines strong sales expertise with an understanding of the retail landscape and the opportunities within the licensed product market.

Based in Hinckley, UK, you will take ownership of sales performance across your territory, developing existing accounts, winning new business and identifying opportunities to expand our product offering with European retailers.

Fluent Polish and excellent English are essential, alongside demonstrable experience selling to European retail customers and a background in licensed products.

The role

Reporting to the Head of European Sales, you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy across Central and Eastern Europe, building strong relationships with key retail customers and driving profitable growth.

You will work closely with our UK-based teams, translating market opportunities into commercial success and ensuring our products, ranges and sales approach meet the needs of customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth: Take ownership of territory turnover and margins, delivering against agreed sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, key decision-makers and existing customers.
  • Win new business: Identify and secure new accounts, develop target customer opportunities and re-engage dormant contacts.
  • Grow existing accounts: Identify opportunities to expand product ranges, increase sales and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
  • Develop territory strategy: Create and implement a clear sales plan, identifying market opportunities, customer trends and areas for growth across CEE.
  • Represent our products: Present product ranges and commercial opportunities confidently, with an understanding of retail trends, design and customer requirements.
  • Work collaboratively: Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Design, Trade Marketing, Finance and Licensing, to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Provide market insight: Share feedback on customer requirements, competitor activity, market trends and opportunities for licensed products.
  • Manage the sales pipeline: Maintain accurate account information, sales forecasts, opportunity tracking and regular reporting.
  • Support market requirements: Coordinate the translation and adaptation of sales and marketing materials where required, ensuring they are appropriate for the local market.
  • Support compliance: Work with internal teams to ensure relevant product certification and supply-chain documentation requirements are met.

Travel throughout the territory will be required.

About you

You are a proactive, commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and turning them into results. You are confident working independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different teams and countries.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven sales experience working with European retailers, ideally managing key accounts and developing new business.
  • Experience within licensed products, ideally in consumer products, apparel, accessories or related merchandise.
  • A strong track record of winning new customers, growing existing accounts and reactivating dormant business.
  • Commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of sales performance, turnover, margins and profitability.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • The ability to identify market opportunities and develop practical plans to achieve sales growth.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload, diary and customer pipeline.
  • Confidence analysing sales data, forecasting performance and producing accurate reports.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You will be self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the drive to take ownership of your territory and deliver results.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to make a real impact, taking ownership of an important European territory and helping to shape its future growth.
