Role Overview:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you are responsible for selling Bioventus’ products to new and existing customers. This role involves strategic sales to challenge thinking perspectives and participate in high-level discussions with surgeons and hospital stakeholders. You will utilize your relationship building, negotiating, and technical skills to succeed. An interest in how the human body works is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out new customers and business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts;
  • Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales quotas;
  • Identify and engage various customers and stakeholders;
  • Conduct clinical in-service training programs;
  • Educate healthcare providers on product use to facilitate patient fittings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in biotech, life sciences, medical devices, or related fields;
  • Experience with NHS secondary care and private hospitals;
  • Surgical/OR experience is desirable;
  • Strong B2B sales experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office tools;
  • Active learner, eager to develop skills and knowledge;
  • Ability to link customer priorities to Bioventus\' value proposition.
