BioTalent is collaborating with a Global Consultancy, hiring a Consulting Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of Pharmacovigilance SaaS solutions for global life sciences clients. This is a client-facing, consulting, strategic role where you’ll manage complex software projects, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across international teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementation projects (PV / safety systems)
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Drive delivery across cross-functional, global teams
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, and regulatory standards

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years in project management (life sciences / pharma tech)
  • Strong experience in pharmacovigilance, clinical, or regulatory systems
  • Proven track record delivering complex software implementations
  • Expertise in Agile / Waterfall methodologies

Bonus:

  • Experience with safety systems (e.g. Argus)
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification
