A global, fast-growing medical communications agency is seeking an experienced and people-focused Vice President / Senior Vice President, Client Services to join its UK leadership team. The RoleThe VP/SVP, Client Services will be a trusted strategic partner to clients, responsible for leading large-scale medical communications programmes across medical affairs, commercial, and publications. This position combines client leadership, business development, financial oversight, and team management.
- Lead multiple high-value global accounts across diverse therapy areas and lifecycle stages
- Drive client strategy, account planning, and delivery excellence across scientific and creative outputs
- Provide operational leadership across resourcing, recruitment, and forecasting
- Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, anticipating challenges and identifying opportunities
- Partner with senior scientific leads to ensure strategic alignment and content quality
- Manage financial performance across accounts, budgets, and forecasting
